How to prepare for your Mobile Notary appointment

In preparation for our appointment, all signing parties must be present and have their current valid identification. Signing requirements vary by document, so to be compliant, please do not sign anything until you are with our Notary Public. We stand by our integrity and follow all laws and guidelines set forth by the Texas Secretary of State.

How to prepare for your Remote Notary appointment

Do you have a computer with a webcam, or do you have a smart phone? Do you have the capability to take a picture of your paper doc or upload your digital file? Do all signing parties have acceptable identification and can they answer questions to prove their identity? If you answered “yes” to these questions, we can help you. With the right tools, we can enter a video call to get your document signed and stamped.

How to pay your mobile and remote notary

Payment is due prior to service. Notary Public fees are set by the state of Texas. An exception is for a mobile notary who may charge an additional fee for travel. Travel fees are not regulated by the state. Our fee schedule is below. Refunds will be given according to our Refund Policy.

Payments are accepted through Square. We do not accept cash or checks for mobile services.

Fees are based on the combination of Notary Fee and Travel Fee plus any applicable additional fees. Travel fee is based on mileage starting from zip code 77469.

Jurats	$6 per certificate, including oath and affirmation
Certified Copies	$6 per certificate
Certified Copies of Notarial Records	$50 per paid
Protests	$4 for each bill or note, $1 per notice served, $4 for each certificate and seal
Depositions	$6 for certificate and oath, $.50 per 100 words
